This practical joke is *SO* easy to create… and it’s perfect for Halloween, but we have surprised our kids throughout the year with a set of glowing eyes under their beds!
All you need are TP tubes, glow sticks and a set of scissors.
Cut eye holes into your tubes. We had to poke a small hole where each eye was going to be and then use the scissors to form the eye holes.
Crack the glow sticks. You can use the tick ones, they are the right size for the TP tube, but we only had bracelets. So we twisted and folded the bracelets to fit inside the tubes.
