Easy Lion King Grub & Bug Slime REcipe

We took our favorite easy slime recipe and added a bright yellow color that reminds us of the sun and some grubs and bugs for extra ooey, gooey slime fun.

Directions to Make Homemade Slime with Grubs

Step 1

In a bowl combine the glue, 2 drops of yellow food coloring, and water.

Mix together with stirrer.

Step 2

Now add in the liquid starch slowing and stir thoroughly at the same time.

You’ll notice the slime forming right before your eyes and when this happens, you’ll need to use hands to knead the slime for a few minutes.

Step 3

Once it’s all combined add in your choice of plastic bugs.

Make your own creepy crawly slimy Lion King inspired grub slime! It's easy, fun, and kids will love this goopy buggy slime!

Materials

  • 1 Bottle of Clear Glue
  • Yellow Food Coloring
  • Plastic Bugs
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1/2 Cup Liquid Starch
  • Bowl
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spoon or Wooden Stick
