We included a free printable to make this craft easier. If you love making your own Christmas decorations, then you’ll love this DIY Christmas wreath. It takes a little bit of effort, but the end result is worth it! Last year, we thought it’d be a fun idea to make our own festive Christmas decoration with the whole family.

We made snowmen crafts, paper Christmas tree crafts, and more holiday decor with simple supplies you probably already have or can find at the Dollar Store. Naturally, a Christmas paper wreath was next! Unlike our other Christmas crafts, this wreath is a bit more complicated for younger kids with little hands to do, but they can help with the final decorations, like adding red pom poms and holly leaves.

More DIY Christmas Wreaths Ideas

There are so many things you can do to your diy wreath. You could add some glitter or even small ornaments to make a beautiful Christmas wreath. Though for ornaments I would use a hot glue gun. But there are other fun Christmas wreath ideas like adding glittered pine cones, red berries, candy canes, cinnamon sticks, to your own wreath. You could even add live greenery like pine needles if you wanted. White berries are also an option, they make tiny Santa hat that you can add, I mean there is so much you can add.
